This is a free publicly available website (https://diabetesriskcalculator.phs.wakehealth.edu/) that offers the Diabetes Risk Calculator, "Individualized Type 2 Diabetes Risk Prediction and Prevention" that we created from this project and the methods are described in the JCEM publication. There was no option for website, so I listed "Journal" as this link was also published in our JCEM paper: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40265376/.
